As Deputy Manager – Operation at B-ABLE Foundation, he drives the implementation and operations of programmes and  overseeing training centres across states. His role encompasses programme planning, team management, and stakeholder engagement ensuring the effective delivery of initiatives.

Usman is a development professional with over 10 years of experience in skill development, project implementation and team leadership.

He specializes in programme management, training delivery, quality assurance, mobilisation, placement and employer linkages, with experience in managing multi-state operations.

He holds a Master degree in Social Work (MSW) from Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU), Hyderabad.

He is committed to strengthening the skilling ecosystem, by building capable teams, and creating meaningful employment and livelihood opportunities for youth.
