The employer in association with the industry chamber & ministry of education provides training specific to the industry & employer requirements. The stipend starting from ₹ 90,000 per month is paid during the training period and one starts a full-time job with a starting salary of ₹ 1,89,000 per month after completing the training with the same employer or any other employer of choice. On successful completion of the program you get the license to work as a Specialist not just in Germany but all over Europe. The program allows students from non-EU countries to work and train in German companies as apprentices while learning a trade or profession in training institutes.
