Mr. Basab Banerjeecarries a brilliant international experience spanning 40 years of in vocational systems training design and management, in countries spanning Canada, Japan and Australia. After an extensive tenure in the Indian Army and in major organizations like Reliance Retail, Airtel, and the Asian Development Bank, Basab supported the Government of India’s (GoI) efforts in national skill development: from designing competency frameworks to engagement with industry while at the National Skill Development Cooperation (NSDC) – the apex skilling agency of the Government. He also led GoI’s talent cooperation initiatives with the UK, Germany, Australia, EU, and New Zealand between 2010 and 2014.
