Phlebotomist Skill Building Program
In collaboration with Lal PathLabs Foundation, we skill youth as phlebotomists to collect and handle blood samples and help them get duly placed at various places across India, particularly in diagnostic centres, blood banks, hospitals, laboratories, and such other healthcare setups. This is a 6 months dedicated program for 12th pass science students.
Till date, we have been able to skill 3000+ youth at our Lal PathLabs Foundation – Academy of Laboratory Medicine centres across India. Our programs are popular among the female population, as we see an impressive number of girls enrolling for phlebotomy training. Most of the batches feature 45-46% female candidates.
Centres are in 7 states – Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Telangana, Rajasthan, Andhra Pradesh and Assam.
