He specializes in operational excellence, programme governance, institutional capacity building, cross-functional leadership, and strategic implementation, enabling the organization to build efficient, scalable, and impact-driven development programmes.

Anees holds a Graduate Degree in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management, Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
