Sushil Ramola, alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and a chemical engineer, is the Founder and Chairman of B-ABLE. He is also the Founder of Due North, an integrated community-led village tourism initiative to provide nature and cultural experience. He carries an incredible experience of 33 years in planning and setting up leading innovation and performance-driven organizations in India, the USA and the Middle East in manufacturing and service sectors.

For the past 20 years, Sushil Ramola has been mentoring and guiding renowned schools of India and playing a remarkable role in transforming the government schools. He was also a board member of Essilor India, part of the French multinational company engaged in vision correction. At present, he is on the boards of a few NGOs, such as the Central Himalayan Environment Association, Blind Relief Association and SRF Foundation.
