Sushil Ramola is a distinguished business leader and social entrepreneur with over four decades of experience spanning industry, skill development, social enterprise, and community-led development. He serves as chairman at B-ABLE Foundation.

Formerly the President & CEO of SRF Limited, he has held leadership roles across India and international markets, bringing extensive expertise in corporate strategy, organizational transformation, and institution building.

Combining strong business acumen with a deep commitment to social impact, he has been instrumental in advancing India’s skill development ecosystem as the Founder President of the Association of Skill Training Providers (ASTP) and has championed community-led development as Co-Founder of the Integrated Mountain Initiative.

He also serves on the boards and advisory bodies of several leading organizations in the fields of healthcare, skilling, livelihoods, and sustainable development.

An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM Ahmedabad) and Punjab University, he remains committed to fostering inclusive growth by strengthening institutions, promoting sustainable livelihoods, and enabling development initiatives that create lasting social impact.
