He is a seasoned development professional with over 16 years of experience spanning credit management and strategic operations, with prior experience as Credit Manager at BSFL and a long tenure at B-ABLE focused on government engagement and programme delivery.

He specializes in government and institutional partnerships, and strategic operations enabling organisations to build scalable, compliant, and impact-driven skilling programmes.

Pintu holds an MBA in Marketing and Human Resource Management, an M.Phil. in Botany, and a Master’s degree in Botany from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut Uttar Pradesh.
