He is a development professional with extensive experience in rural development, livelihoods, education, and programme management. Over the years, he has successfully led large-scale development programmes, managed cross-functional teams, and strengthened partnerships with government and institutional stakeholders.

He specializes in operational strategy, programme governance, institutional strengthening, performance management, and stakeholder partnerships, enabling the effective execution and scale-up of impact-driven development initiatives.

Rajiv holds an M.A. in History, an M.S.W. from UPRTOU, Allahabad, and a Diploma in Computer Applications from Rampur, Uttar Pradesh.
