He is development professional with over 14 years of experience in livelihood promotion, entrepreneurship development, and social innovation. His work focuses on building innovative enterprise solutions by integrating skills, technology, market linkages, and strategic partnerships with government, CSR, and industry.

He specializes in programme delivery, team leadership, monitoring and evaluation, beneficiary mobilization, placement facilitation, and compliance management, enabling effective and scalable skill development outcomes.

Sajid holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Kumaun University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) from Symbiosis International University.

His is committed to build inclusive and scalable entrepreneurship ecosystems that empower youth, women, and rural communities to become self-reliant.
