The he Passport to Earning (P2E) program, an initiative by UNICEF YuWaah, is designed to equip youth aged 14 to 24 with essential digital skills, enabling them to upskill and secure better employment opportunities in the 21st century. Through online learning, students enroll in Digital Productivity and Financial Literacy certification courses, gaining valuable knowledge to enhance their career prospects. As a trusted long-term partner of UNICEF, B-ABLE Foundation has been at the forefront of implementing the P2E program, successfully reaching 2000+ schools, skill centers, and institutions across 102 districts across 21 states
The program’s structured approach involves close coordination with schools and training centers, supported by dedicated nodal teachers and principals. Teachers are oriented through targeted training sessions to ensure seamless implementation and monitoring.
