Phlebotomist Skill Building Program is an impactful initiative in collaboration with Lal PathLabs Foundation. Our mission is to empower 12th pass science students with the essential skills and knowledge required to become proficient phlebotomists.
About The Initiative
Phlebotomist Skill Building Program is a dedicated 6-month program designed to train youth in collecting and handling blood samples with precision and care. We believe in creating a skilled healthcare workforce that can make a positive impact on the lives of patients and contribute significantly to the medical field.
Our Impact
Since our inception, we have successfully skilled over 3000 youths, providing them with the necessary tools to excel in the healthcare industry. Our graduates have found placements in various prestigious healthcare setups, making us proud of their achievements.
Empowering Women in Healthcare:
We take great pride in fostering an inclusive environment, attracting a remarkable number of female candidates to our program. Around 45-46% of each batch comprises talented and motivated women, contributing to gender diversity in the healthcare sector.
Our Reach:
With centers in seven states across India – Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Telangana, Rajasthan, Andhra Pradesh, and Assam – our program is accessible to youth from different regions, opening doors to promising healthcare careers.
