Skilling Backhoe Loader Technician and Operators

In collaboration with GCPL Caterpillar, we train marginalized youth of the local area as backhoe loader technician & backhoe loader operator in a bid to create skilled workforce in construction and mining sector in Asansol (West Bengal) and Guwahati (Assam).

The program started in 2019; till date we have trained 196 candidates. This is a fully residential skilling program with placement opportunities at Greater Noida.
