Objective: Training youth and equip them with job-ready skills, connect them with employment and self-employment opportunities, and contribute to a skilled and sustainable workforce in two high-demand sectors: Solar PV Installation & Maintenance Technician Training (Green Jobs) and Hair Stylist (Beauty & Wellness Training).

The Skill Development of Youth in Green Skills program is a CSR initiative by Sembcorp Green Infra Limited, implemented by B-ABLE Foundation across Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Punjab. The program empowers underprivileged youth with job-ready skills and connects them to employment and self-employment opportunities in Solar PV Installation & Maintenance (Green Jobs) and Hair Stylist (Beauty & Wellness) sectors. We thank Sembcorp for their continued support. Under this initiative, students received comprehensive training as Solar PV Installation and Maintenance Technicians, covering solar and electrical fundamentals, photovoltaic systems, tools handling, site surveys, component procurement, and system installation. The program also provided hands-on experience in testing, commissioning, maintenance, and emphasized personal health and safety at project sites
