As part of a CSR initiative by ACC in collaboration with B-ABLE Foundation, a skill development program was implemented to train unemployed rural youth in Gagal, Bilaspur (Himachal Pradesh) and Tikariya, Amethi (Uttar Pradesh). The program focused on equipping participants with essential skills for roles in retail sales, food and beverage services, and phlebotomy.

A total of 225 candidates were successfully trained and placed across relevant industries. These individuals are now contributing to their households by earning a sustainable and meaningful livelihood.
