Building Master Technician

The program aims to empower youth by equipping them with the necessary skills to become new-age construction technicians, enhancing their employability in the industry. 

This is a CSR initiative of Everest with BABLE Foundation to mobilize and train local marginalized youth as rooftop installers, structural fabricators, and other services related to construction industry. After training we link them with meaningful placement opportunities at appropriate places or support them in setting up their own micro-enterprise.

By providing specialized training, it ensures that young individuals gain meaningful employment opportunities, contributing to their personal growth and financial stability. Additionally, the initiative supports the construction sector by developing a skilled workforce to meet the increasing demands of the industry, fostering economic development and sustainability.

This program was in implemented in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Haryana, UP, Odisha, RAJ, and West Bengal.
