( Module 2: Applying for Jobs Online This section demystifies the online application process. Participants are guided on using platforms like Naukri.com, Indeed, Shine.com, and JobsForHer. They learn the benefits of job portals, how to avoid common mistakes, and how to prepare their digital presence for job applications.
( Module 3: Preparing for Interviews From researching a company to answering questions using the STAR method, this module prepares candidates to present themselves with confidence. It also includes guidance on professional attire, documentation, and interview etiquette.
