This was an initiative in association with CAF India for aspiring graduate youth, preferably with B. Com degree, and want to build their career in the banking and finance sector

The program was implemented in Noida, Uttar Pradesh in FY 2023-24 and we have successfully trained 60 candidates as Loan/Credit Processing Officers and placed in the industry. In addition, candidates also received essential training in soft skills, focusing on personality development, work readiness, effective communication, decision-making, teamwork, and leadership.
