Quick Service Restaurant Training Program for Youth

Objective: Training youth in Quick Service Restaurant for creating livelihood opportunity for them and bridge the gap between skilled workforce and the industry

This is a new initiative with Jubilant for Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) training for youth. This is a 5-week program for youth who are at least 10th passed, and are between 18-28 years of age, especially from especially from rural and semi urban areas. The program helps these youth to acquire skills for roles like food delivery, waiter, cashier, manager, and receptionist.120 candidates have completed their training in Delhi, Haryana, and Assam. We have placed skilled candidates after successful completion of the program.

This is a new initiative with Jubilant for Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) training for youth. This is a 5-week program for youth who are at least 10th passed. This type of restaurant focuses on providing customers quick food service delivery. The specialties of QSRs are their simplified cooking processes, limited menu, and limited table services. This helps them have a faster turnaround time at low prices. Some of the most popular QSR chains include Dominos, McDonald’s, Burger King, KFC, Subway, and Taco Bell. These chains are known for their consistent food quality, convenient locations, easy delivery, and reasonable prices.
