B-ABLE Foundation has collaborated with Aspire For Her to launch a dynamic initiative aimed at empowering youth aged 16 and above from all educational backgrounds, with a special emphasis on young women. The program focuses on creating awareness about the professional benefits of LinkedIn and its potential to support employment generation.
With a targeted outreach comprising 70% female and 30% male participants, the initiative primarily engages first-time users of LinkedIn. Through structured training sessions, beneficiaries were introduced to the platform’s features, including account setup, Premium tools, and online learning modules. They were guided on how to enhance their digital presence and leverage LinkedIn to strengthen their skills and improve their prospects in the job market.
